He guides & executes TRC’s global strategy, directs the lines of business, superintends corporate engagement, & serves as TRC’s workforce development evangelist. Mr. Williams has built a renowned consulting practice that provides organizational optimization strategy, risk mitigation, governance, workforce development, leadership enhancement, cyber threat advisory, international standards implementation, governance, compliance & policy consulting services. TRC provides solutions for the three key organizational gaps—People, Processes, & Technology—by developing individual & team knowledge, skill & ability; designing & implementing standard and benchmark-based processes related to policy, governance, compliance, & practice; bringing the right individual and team skills, technology to the right situation enabling organizational resiliency. TRC supports various larger consulting firms provide highly specialized independent executive consulting services. Finally, Mr. Williams is a Certified Workforce Development Professional by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
